Work Flexibility: Hybrid
Regularly work with sales teams product managers and event owners to review plan and execute events ensuring alignment with Franchise and Compliance strategies.
Oversee endtoend event coordination including contract management HCP compliance processes and adherence to GDPR MedTech Code and other legal frameworks.
Conduct regular reviews of processes and tools to ensure compliance with updated regulations and policies while maintaining alignment with divisional and country requirements.
Effectively manage suppliers HCP contracts and event payments ensuring timely booking of flights hotels and other logistics.
Lead divisional needs assessments monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with business units compliance finance and other functions to achieve key activities at local and crossdivisional levels.
Ensure implementation of SOX FCPA and quality policies while managing CAPS contract creation and compliance with HCP consultant activities.
Utilize virtual event platforms manage administrative duties and complete GRT work for TPEC and Educational Grant requests as required.
