المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية
الانتقال الفوري إلى المواقع التي تقع فيها حوادث ضمن مرافق الهيئة، والقيام بمختلف أعمال إدارة مسرح الجريمة والتحفظ عليه إلى حين وصول الجهات الأمن #
تنفيذ الأسس المعتمدة لمراقبة وتنسيق الجهود الهادفة إلى تحقيق أمن أصول وممتلكات الهيئة، وأمن وسلامة الموظفين والمتعاملين ومزودي الخدمات #
متابعة إجراءات الرقابة التي يكلف بها لمختلف مؤسسات / قطاعات الهيئة والوحدات المرتبطة بها واكتشاف حالات الإخلال بأداء الواجبات الوظيفية بكفاءة، بالإضافة لمتابعة الإجراءات الأمنية المتخذة في مباني ومنشآت ومرافق الهيئة المختلفة بفعالية وكفاءة#
المساهمة في وضع وإعداد خطط وبرامج الزيارات والجولات الرقابية الميدانية لفرق العمل الميداني #
المشاركة في تنفيذ الأنشطة الأمنية على مستوى الهيئة لضمان تعزيز استدامة الأمن المؤسسي أثناء الأحداث والتهديدات الطارئة والفعاليات #
متابعة قنوات التواصل وتعزيز مهام الرقابة المؤسسية لحماية السمعة المؤسسية للهيئة من مختلف مصادر التأثير #
المساهمة في الإشراف على تنفيذ إجراءات الرقابة التي يكلف بها لمختلف مؤسسات الهيئة والوحدات المرتبطة بها والوقوف على مواطن القصور واكتشاف حالات الإخلال بأداء الواجبات الوظيفية بكفاءة وعدالة تامة#
متابعة موظفي القسم من تطبيق المهام والإجراءات وفقاً للقوانين والأنظمة المتبعة وإبلاغ المسؤولين المباشرين عن أية مشاكل أو عقبات قد تحدث لاتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة بشأنها#
