We are looking for an experienced React.js Developer with 8 10 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, responsive, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, modern frontend architecture, state management, and REST API integration.

The candidate will work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, maintainable frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable UI components and modular frontend architectures.
• Develop complex user interfaces using React Hooks, functional components, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Implement state management using Redux Toolkit, Context API, or equivalent libraries.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous operations, errors, and loading states.
• Optimize application performance, including rendering efficiency, bundle size, code splitting, and lazy loading.
• Implement secure frontend development practices, including authentication, authorization, session handling, and protection against common web vulnerabilities.
• Write unit and component tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or equivalent tools.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, debug complex frontend problems, and improve application reliability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, QA teams, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and frontend deployment activities.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend Development

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and functional components.
• Advanced JavaScript (ES6+), including closures, promises, async/await, event loop, and modules.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Experience with React Hooks, component lifecycle concepts, and component composition.
• Experience with Redux Toolkit or other established state management solutions.
• Knowledge of CSS frameworks and UI libraries such as Material UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.

API Integration and Security

• Experience integrating REST APIs using Fetch, Axios, or equivalent libraries.
• Understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, headers, CORS, and API error handling.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT-based authentication, and role-based access control.
• Understanding of frontend security risks, including XSS, CSRF, and secure token/session management.

Performance and Quality

• Experience with React DevTools, browser developer tools, and performance profiling.
• Knowledge of code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and efficient rendering.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with ESLint, Prettier, and automated code quality checks.

Build, Deployment, and Collaboration

• Experience with Git and pull-request-based development workflows.
• Familiarity with npm/yarn/pnpm and modern build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based application deployment.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering, or static site generation.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG and semantic HTML.
• Experience with frontend monitoring, error tracking, and production diagnostics.
• Exposure to micro-frontends and large-scale frontend architecture.
• Experience developing enterprise applications in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.

Experience and Qualifications

• 5 7 years of professional frontend development experience.
• At least 4 5 years of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade web applications.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
