• Gaining insights into the BD Departments daily operations
• Overseeing various activities for the team, including business plan coordination, importer and deal data etc.
• Personal assistance to the Business Development leadership team, to support them on strategic topics
• Support in creating leadership presentations for business reviews and management meetings
• Managing monthly, quarterly and ad hoc performance reporting
• Supporting in the coordination and drafting of importer contracts
• Support in creating and adapting market briefings Building presentations and ad hoc administration to support the team
• Coordination of department meetings, workshops, conferences and events
• From time to time, you will be required to step in and cover our HQ reception desk
