Role Summary

Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and agreements designed to facilitate transaction execution and support revenue growth, with emphasis on (but not limited to) the Middle East region. This position will lead contract negotiations and oversee the adaptation of agreements in response to developments in AI regulation and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and provide strategic legal advice on a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, including AI-related service agreements.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, partners, customers, and stakeholders, including preparing and marking up contract terms, developing negotiation strategies, and advocating organizational interests.
• Monitor emerging legal and regulatory developments in artificial intelligence and related sectors; collaborate with subject matter experts to implement contract updates and provide compliance guidance.
• Partner with technical, product, and business functions to ensure organizational compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements throughout the deployment of AI solutions.
• Deliver training, tools, and ongoing guidance to business teams regarding contract negotiation and AI-related legal / compliance matters.
• Provide general legal support as required, including advice on labor law, corporate governance, and competition law.
