Our client is currently hiring for the position of Production Engineer.

Job Description is as follows-

Plan and oversee daily production operations to achieve output and quality targets.

Update Daily Jacketing Backlog and as well as Ancillaries Backlog.

Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for improved efficiency and reduced waste.

Coordinate with planning, procurement, and quality departments to ensure material and process readiness.

Ensure adherence to company and customer quality standards; coordinate with QA / QC for inspections and testing.

Track production metrics such as output, downtime, and rejection rates; prepare regular reports.

Monitor equipment performance, plan preventive maintenance, and address technical issues Promptly.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; promote a safe working environment.

Supervise, guide, and train production operators and technicians to maintain productivity and morale.

Contribute to cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives, supporting company growth and innovation.
