Job description

Charterhouse are working in exclusive partnership with a global leading Bank on their expansion plan within their corporate structure. In addition, our client is looking to further expand their presence across the Middle East region and is looking to hire a driven Corporate RM FI and Large Corporate to join the high-performing team based in Dubai.

About the role

The Corporate Relationship Manager (CRM) will play a key role in managing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients. This role's primary focus will be to understand clients needs, provide tailored financial or business solutions, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record managing relationships with Financial Institutions (FIs) and Large Corporates, with a strong ability to originate and grow high-value client portfolios. A deep understanding of corporate banking products, credit structuring, and risk management is essential, along with the ability to deliver tailored solutions across complex transactions. The role demands strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, client-driven environments.

The candidate must have degree and should be fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken, read, and written) is a must, as you will be working closely with Mandarin-speaking clients across the GCC and APAC regions.
