To supervise and maintain the operations of buildings and all facilities services in RAK Properties projects such as inspecting buildings, identifying maintenance issues, clogged drains, leaky ceilings, faulty electrical wirings & switches and other facility maintenance concerns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Required to perform single, technical tasks with a need to occasionally upgrade skills in order to meet challenging job conditions.
- Specific skill-based competencies is required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job including in the operation of standard FM equipment and able utilize pertinent FM software applications.
- Responsible in scheduling a number of activities, inspections, meetings and other relevant FM responsibilities.
- Flexibility is required to work with others in a wide variety of circumstances. Analyze and identity what's required and able to operate FM equipment using a variety of methods.
- Ability to solve maintenance issues, meets deadlines or schedules, setting up priorities, can work as part of the team, ability to deal with frequent interruptions and can maintain confidentiality.
- Able to lead, guide and coordinate with other staffs for the utilization of resources from other units.
- Respond to inquiries for relevant issues and recommending concrete plan of action that will efficiently resolve the issues including emergency repairs and overseeing building security.
- Resolves any conflicts and issues of customers by ensuring that the required services are provided in a professional and safe manner
- Ensures that RAKP Health and Safety Policy are being followed and to immediately report any potential hazards, issues or incidents that may harm the business, people and or the brand.
- Uses company spare parts and materials carefully and sparingly. Can fix and make up things quickly within the SLA.
- Responsible for creating periodic reports such as work schedules, check and maintains inventory such as cleaning supplies, tools and maintenance supplies.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager or by the Department Head.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies , rules and procedures related to Health , Safety and Environmental Management.

Requisite Qualifications :
Diploma holder either in facility management or building maintenance or other similar qualification.
