In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming patients' smiles and enhancing their oral health through expert orthodontic care. You will be responsible for diagnosing orthodontic conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing high-quality care in a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive orthodontic assessments and diagnostic exams to identify treatment needs
• Create tailored treatment plans utilizing the latest orthodontic appliances and techniques
• Administer treatments, including braces and clear aligners, while monitoring patient progress
• Educate patients and families on orthodontic care and treatment options
• Collaborate with dentists and other dental specialists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
• Stay current with industry advancements and implement best practices in orthodontics
• Maintain clear and precise patient records in compliance with all regulations
• Foster a supportive and engaging environment for patients throughout their treatment journey

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD), with specialization in Orthodontics
• A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in orthodontics
• Strong expertise in various orthodontic techniques and technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with electronic dental records and orthodontic software
