Role Description

This is a contract role for a Special Needs Teacher. The position is on-site and located in Dubai. The Special Needs Teacher will be responsible for teaching middle school students with special education needs and disabilities. Daily tasks include developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), providing tailored instruction, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with parents, other teachers, and professionals to ensure the best possible educational outcomes for students with special needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching and special education
• Knowledge of various disabilities and how they affect learning
• Experience in working with middle school students
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Ability to work collaboratively with other educators and professionals
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or related field
• Certification in Special Education is a plus
