Ontime Group is looking for a skilled and compassionate General Practitioner to join our Homecare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality healthcare services directly in patients' homes, ensuring they receive personalized attention and support for their medical needs.
Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive in-home medical assessments and consultations for patients
- Diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized care plans tailored to meet each patient's unique health requirements
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care
- Prescribe medications and perform necessary procedures as part of treatment plans
- Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress accurately
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care
- Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices in homecare
