Creative Director – EdTech (French fluent) – Paradox EN
Paradox is a fast‑growing edtech company focused on building the Operating System for Greatness. We mix human, structured, and technological intelligence to help people learn in a personalized, impactful way. The Creative Director will bridge our founder’s personal influence with a global brand, creating bold, movement‑driven content across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and beyond.
Mission & Responsibilities
Transform the personal brand of David Laroche into a top‑tier media presence while simultaneously building an iconic company brand. Lead the Content Factory with creative authority and operational excellence.
- Architect the Dual‑Brand Strategy : create a synergistic strategy that reinforces both personal and company brands without cannibalization.
- Radical Concepting & End‑to‑End Delivery : write hooks, storyboard narratives, oversee production, and ensure all outputs meet the Paradox aesthetic and storytelling standards.
- Command the Content Factory : lead the internal content team (video editors, graphic designers, etc.), set tempo, culture, and daily standards of excellence.
- Fuel the Growth Engine : collaborate with the Head of Growth to produce conversion‑focused assets, analyze metrics (CTR, CPL, retention), and iteratively scale successful formats.
- Integrate Multiplatform Editorial Lines : define sharp editorial styles for YouTube (Depth & Search), Instagram (Aesthetic & Vibe), and LinkedIn (Authority & Authenticity).
- Full‑Production Ownership : manage everything from hiring motion designers, drone operators, and niche experts to post‑production quality checks.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven Content Builder : have grown a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to 100k+ followers or millions of views.Editorial Leadership : experience managing creative teams and elevating content quality.Elite Scripting Skills : provide scripts that perform, with engaging hooks and long‑form storytelling.Performance Fluency : have driven business results (ads, launches, conversion) with content, not just vanity metrics.Personality Traits
