We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer (Site Operations) with extensive experience in site operations, particularly in high-rise tower projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, coupled with hands-on experience in site supervision and design coordination. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in ensuring the structural integrity and success of iconic projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Site Operations Management : Oversee all aspects of structural site operations, including coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
• Site Supervision with Design Experience : Lead site supervision activities, conducting regular inspections to monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to engineering standards. Provide technical guidance and support to resolve any design-related issues that may arise during construction.
• High-Rise Tower Experience : Bring expertise in the design and construction of high-rise towers, with a deep understanding of the unique structural challenges and requirements associated with tall buildings. Implement best practices to optimize structural performance and mitigate risks.
• Design Coordination : Collaborate closely with the design team to coordinate structural design activities with site operations. Review design drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure constructability and alignment with project goals.
• Quality Assurance : Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to uphold structural integrity and ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Conduct inspections and audits to identify and address any non-conformities or deficiencies promptly.
• Team Leadership : Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Lead by example in promoting safety, innovation, and professionalism on-site.
