The Role
We're looking for a visionary Art Director who can conceptualize bold creative ideas and translate them into stunning visual executions. You'll lead creative projects from concept through execution, mentor designers, and collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and client teams.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
- Develop innovative creative concepts and visual strategies for integrated campaigns
- Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction across all touchpoints
- Ensure creative work aligns with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
- Present and sell creative concepts to clients with confidence and clarity
Visual Excellence
Oversee art direction for digital campaigns, social media, print, and video contentDirect photoshoots, video productions, and content creation sessionsCreate compelling pitch decks, mood boards, and creative presentationsMaintain high design standards across all deliverablesTeam Collaboration & Management

Experience & Portfolio
5-8 years of experience as Art Director or Senior Designer in agency or in-house creative teamOutstanding portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, digital work, and brand identitiesProven track record of award-winning or recognized creative work (preferred)Experience across multiple industries and brand categoriesTechnical Skills
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)Strong understanding of digital design principles and UI / UX fundamentalsKnowledge of video editing and motion graphics toolsUnderstanding of production processes (print, digital, video)Creative Competencies
