Al Karamah School is seeking a proactive and detailoriented HR Admin Officer to join our dedicated HR team This role is essential in supporting the recruitment onboarding and staff management processes within our specialized school environment for children with autism Key Responsibilities Lead endtoend recruitment for teachers TAs and support staff Manage ADEK PASS approvals and onboarding programs Support orientation training and compliance related to autism care Monitor attendance coordinate payroll and manage staff records Facilitate offboarding and staff wellbeing initiatives What We re Looking For Bachelor s degree in HR Business Admin or related field 3 5 years of HR experience preferably in education or SEN Knowledge of UAE labor laws safeguarding and HR systems Oracle A collaborative team player who is energetic empathetic highly organized with the ability to work independently take initiative and require minimal supervision
