Apt Resources is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the position of Waiter / Waitress at an upmarket casual dining restaurant. This vibrant establishment is known for its exceptional service, inviting atmosphere, and a menu that showcases innovative dishes made from high-quality ingredients.

As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for providing a delightful dining experience for our guests. You will greet customers, take their orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that their needs are met throughout their visit. Your role is critical in creating a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests promptly upon arrival
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and recommendations
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system
• Serve orders promptly and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, utensils, and glassware
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals
• Address customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and positivity
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate

The salary is AED 1700 - 2400 + AED 375 Food allowance + AED 250 to 450 (Service charge Avg) +AED 1200 Credit card tips + Cash tips + free Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket ( once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws
