Section Head of Digital Infrastructure

We’re Hiring : Head of Digital Infrastructure Department – UAE

We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Infrastructure to lead and oversee the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure services – including networks, communications, systems, and data centers. The role also covers ensuring service continuity, IT security, and maintaining stability to meet organizational needs.

Location : UAE

️ Job Level : Executive / Mid-Management

Key Responsibilities

Lead the department’s strategy and align goals with the organization’s digital transformation vision

Oversee IT infrastructure operations, service continuity, and performance monitoring

Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and institutional excellence frameworks

Manage departmental budgets, resources, and performance indicators

Drive adoption of innovative, cost-effective technology solutions

Supervise disaster recovery, continuity, and infrastructure transition plans

Ensure alignment of IT service support policies with operational needs

Provide professional development, coaching, and support to the team

Collaborate with vendors and external partners for IT solutions and services

Requirements

️ PhD with no experience, OR Master’s with 3 years’ experience, OR Bachelor’s with 6 years’ experience

️ Degree in IT Management, Computer Engineering, or related field

️ Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, system performance, service continuity, and risk management

️ Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and change management skills

️ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
