Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items and preparation methods.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and billing.
