Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading luxury home furnishings manufacturer expanding its presence in the UAE.

Our client is an internationally recognized premium brand known for crafting bespoke luxury carpets and home furnishing solutions for prestigious hospitality, commercial, and high-end residential projects. As part of its strategic expansion, the company is establishing its flagship showroom and regional headquarters in Jumeirah, Dubai, and is looking for an experienced Head of Business to lead its UAE operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth within the luxury interiors, carpets, home furnishings, or hospitality supply industry. This individual should possess an established network across luxury hotels, hospitality groups, developers, architects, interior designers, and procurement teams, enabling them to generate new business opportunities while leading the company's commercial operations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall business operations and commercial strategy for the company's UAE business.

- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to establish and grow the brand across the GCC.

- Identify, develop, and secure business opportunities with luxury hotels, hospitality groups, developers, architects, interior designers, and fit-out contractors.

- Leverage existing relationships with key decision-makers across premium hospitality and commercial sectors to generate high-value projects.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from business development and client acquisition through negotiation, contract closure, and account management.

- Establish and manage the flagship showroom, ensuring exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.

- Build, mentor, and lead the local commercial and showroom teams to achieve business objectives.

- Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, procurement companies, and channel partners to expand market reach.

- Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.

- Work closely with the headquarters to align regional business objectives, project execution, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Leadership, or General Management within the UAE.

- Proven experience in the carpet, luxury home furnishings, flooring, furniture, interior products, textiles, or premium building materials industry.

- Strong existing client network across luxury hospitality brands, hotel groups, developers, architects, interior designers, and procurement consultants.

- Demonstrated success in winning and managing large commercial and hospitality projects.

- Previous experience leading business operations or managing regional sales teams.

- Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.

- Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.

- Dynamic, client-focused leader with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
