We are looking for a Recruiter with hands-on recruitment experience to join our growing recruitment consultancy in Dubai.The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, shortlisting, reference checks and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process.This is a target-driven recruitment position and requires someone who is comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously and actively sourcing candidates rather than relying only on incoming applications.
