Overview
Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Boutique Director is in charge of achieving business performance and objectives and following the strategy defined by the Maison. The role supervises and develops the Boutique retail teams and their activities.
Responsibilities
- RETAIL PERFORMANCE : Support the Boutique team to achieve the sales target and facilitate business growth. Analyze the boutique's KPIs and identify priority actions to drive performance. In partnership with the Retail Manager, analyze the sales performance and individual sales performance. Build the retail commercial strategy in the boutique in collaboration with the Retail Manager. Develop action plans with the Marketing department to boost sales.
- CRM AND CLIENT EXPERIENCE : Develop and adapt a client strategy focusing on recruiting new clients and retaining existing ones, in collaboration with the Boutique Client Experience Manager. Ensure an outstanding client experience. Promote a client-centric mindset within the teams and achieve client KPIs. Lead the team to deliver superior client experience by ensuring clients feel welcomed, valued and promptly attended to. Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and service by anticipating their needs and preferences. Ensure accurate management of client data in the CRM, ensuring safe handling and storage of all client-related information and compliance with Maison data protection regulations.
- TEAM MANAGEMENT : Lead the team by example, inspire high performance, develop strong relationships with team members, provide regular coaching and feedback, onboard new team members, and foster ownership and accountability.
- OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE : Ensure compliance with Maison and Group policies and procedures, monitor and evaluate operational processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity. Ensure operational tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Role Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience in luxurious retail or high-end hospitality. Boutique manager experience is a strong plus.Strong experience in managing and developing teams.Exceptional sales skills and expertise in client relationship development.Client-centric mindset and strong understanding of the retail client experience.Emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, follow-up and problem-solving skills.Autonomous and proactive with a results-driven attitude.Effective team player with a collaborative approach.Proven resilience.Proficiency in English.
