Client of Bridge Et Al. Industry - Real estate and commercial property industry Duration: 6 months Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives. Dashboard Management: Create and maintain project dashboards for real-time tracking of key performance indicators. Provide regular updates on project status and milestones to stakeholders. Collaboration with IT Department: Coordinate with the IT department to integrate technology solutions that enhance project efficiency. Ensure seamless communication and integration of IT systems into project workflows. SLA (Service Level Agreement) Compliance: Establish and monitor SLAs to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards. Collaborate with relevant departments to address any SLA deviations promptly. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements as needed. Streamline project workflows to enhance overall efficiency. Benchmarking of Projects: Conduct benchmarking exercises to compare project performance against industry standards. Implement best practices identified through benchmarking processes. Analysis and Reporting: Perform regular analysis of project data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement. Generate comprehensive reports for management review, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless project execution. Foster collaboration and communication among different teams involved in the project. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the real estate and commercial property industry. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate and commercial property industry is a plus.
