HR Executive – Hospitality (Emirati nationals)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive ( UAE- Local) to join a leading hospitality organization in Abu Dhabi. This role will support HR operations and help ensure a positive experience for employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
  

• Maintain HR records and databases in line with company policies.
  

• Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
  

• Assist with performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  

• Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
  

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and HR policies.
  

• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
