Responsibilities

• Deliver floral arrangements to guest rooms and other designated areas in the hotel.
• Ensure flowers are handled carefully and presented in perfect condition.
• Coordinate with the floral team to manage delivery schedules.
• Assist with setup for events or special requests, as needed.
• Provide professional service to all guests.
• Report any issues or feedback related to deliveries promptly.
• Support florists with day-to-day operations and assist in arranging flowers when required.
• Participate in on-the-job training with the goal of progressing toward a Florist role.
