Job Title: Financial Analyst – FP&A

Role Overview
The Financial Analyst – FP&A will support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance analysis across GCC markets. The role requires strong financial modeling skills, business partnering ability, and experience working within FMCG, logistics, or distribution environments.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis

Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.

Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis.
-
Support financial modeling and scenario planning.
-
Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics.
Reporting & Systems
-
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
-
Work with ERP systems (Oracle EBS preferred).
-
Support consolidation and reporting using tools such as OneStream.
-
Develop dashboards (Power BI preferred).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to align financial and operational data.

Support pricing reviews and cost optimization initiatives.

Assist in preparing presentations for regional finance stakeholders.

Coordinate with IT/Data teams for FP&A system enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Professional qualification: CA / CA Inter / CPA / CMA / ACCA preferred.

2–4 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or business analysis.

UAE experience is mandatory.

Experience in FMCG, F&B, logistics, or distribution industry preferred.

Strong Excel, PowerPoint & financial modeling skills.
-
Power BI knowledge is an advantage.

Exposure to Oracle EBS and OneStream preferred.
