Oversee daytoday accounting operations and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards Organize implement and maintain robust accounting systems and processes Prepare financial statements reports and analyses for management Monitor cash flow accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial planning Ensure accurate payroll management and statutory compliance VAT Corporate Tax etc Lead and mentor junior accounting staff providing guidance and training Liaise with auditors banks and other external parties as needed
