Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales, to be a part of our real estate sales division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue, and building strong relationships with clients, agents, and channel partners. Experience within the UAE real estate market is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive direct and indirect sales through brokers, agents.
• Ensure consistent achievement (or exceeding) of sales KPIs and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage networks and channel partners.
• Lead partner onboarding, training, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams for successful launches.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and client meetings.
• Manage key client accounts and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver sales targets.
• Strong network of agents and brokers across the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
