Pluspoint Digital is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist (Junior Role) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the digital landscape, enjoys creativity, and wants to grow their career in social media marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a consistent brand tone.
• Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for visuals and creatives.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in social media marketing (preferably in an agency).
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Canva is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
