Mustaqbalkom Program (UAE Nationals)
Richemont’s Graduate Trainee Program is a unique platform specially designed for bright, young and passionate fresh graduates who want to shape their career. This program provides accelerated career and learning opportunities to develop bright young talent and guide them into future leaders. The trainee will undergo a 24‑month structured learning program, consisting of two 12‑month rotations across various functions, including Finance, HR, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Retail, and others. These dynamic rotations offer unparalleled exposure to diverse business areas, allowing you to explore your interests and develop a broad skill set tailored to your growth.
Prepared with the intention to launch you into a fulfilling role within the Group beyond the program’s completion, leveraging the skills and experience you have gained.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Participate in a 24‑month program, including two 12‑month rotational assignments
- Actively engage and participate in training assignments
- Shadow experienced employees to acquire knowledge and build a strong professional network
- Demonstrate high work standards in assigned projects and real job responsibilities
- Contribute to the organization by constantly providing a fresh perspective and innovative solutions to existing business challenges and opportunities
- Constantly seek feedback and proactively work on areas of development through the course of the program
- Regular reviews with Senior Management regarding continuous development and career progression
- Demonstrate the highest levels of work ethics and personal integrity
Experience And Qualification Required
- Valid UAE Passport & UAE Family Book
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree (any major)
- 0‑2 years’ work experience
- Language requirement – Proficiency in English & Arabic
- Computer skills – Microsoft Office
