ROLE OVERVIEW

The Director of Client Acquisition and Relationship will lead the firm’s business development efforts, driving new client acquisition while building and nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts across the finance and consulting sectors.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or relationship management
• Proven track record within financial services, consulting, or professional services environments
• Strong network within the business community and investor circles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of company formation, corporate structuring, and financial advisory services
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions and cultural contexts
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities”

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategic client acquisition plans to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in company setup, financial advisory, and consulting services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite executives, investors, and business owners
• Lead negotiations for high‑value contracts and partnerships
• Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure
• Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Represent ADAM Global at industry events, conferences, and professional networking forums
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals
• Develop tailored solutions for clients across multiple jurisdictions
