Overview of the role
To support store objectives by delivering excellent customer service in line with store needs and to ensure the effective maintenance of designated sections / zone.
What you will do
- You will be the company’s front line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image
- Provide welcoming customer service and assist customers to enjoy their shopping experience
- Support with retail operations, stock replenishment, inventory management and housekeeping
- Ensure merchandise and displays are neatly arranged
- Supporting other store functions when needed i.e. stock-room duties
