Hair Stylist

We are looking for a talented and creative Hair Stylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to understand and deliver clients’ desired looks.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and consult to understand their styling needs
• Provide haircuts, blow‑drying, styling, coloring, highlights, and treatments
• Recommend hairstyles and products based on client preferences and hair condition
• Maintain cleanliness of styling stations, tools, and equipment
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat clients
• Handle bookings, schedules, and walk‑in customers professionally
• Ensure compliance with salon hygiene and safety standards
• Upsell salon services and retail products

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
• Strong skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced salon environment
