We are looking for a professional and friendly Hotel Concierge Assistant to support guests by providing information, assistance, and recommendations to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services and local attractions
- Help with booking reservations (restaurants, taxis, events, etc.)
- Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
Requirements
- Customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
