We are looking for a motivated and confident CDL Driver Recruiter to join our growing team This role focuses on sourcing communicating with and onboarding CDL Class A drivers You will be the first point of contact for drivers representing the company in a professional and engaging way Your main goal is to build trust clearly present opportunities and successfully bring qualified drivers on board Daily responsibilities include communicating with candidates via phone text and email following up with leads guiding drivers through the hiring process and maintaining organized tracking of all candidates You will work closely with the team to ensure fast and efficient hiring results This is a communicationdriven role where confidence clarity and persistence are key Skills Fluent highlevel English spoken and written required Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to build trust and connect with drivers quickly Organized and detailoriented comfortable with spreadsheets and tracking Ability to handle multiple conversations and followups daily Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset Big plus Experience in recruiting or sales Social media recruiting skills Facebook groups ads messaging Basic understanding of the trucking industry and CDL Class A drivers
