What You’ll Be Doing

The E-commerce role sits at the intersection of business, data, and digital experience, where you actively shape how the brand shows up online. It’s a fast-paced function focused on driving performance, optimizing the customer journey, and supporting commercial growth. You’ll work closely with multiple teams to ensure the platform reflects both brand vision and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Management

• Plan and execute homepage and communication strategies in collaboration with relevant teams

• Ensure the app/website remains up to date and aligned with the commercial calendar

2. Campaign Coordination

• Support product launches and campaigns in collaboration with Buying, Brand Partnerships, and Concessions teams

• Ensure alignment and timely delivery across all stakeholders

3. Competitor Analysis

• Monitor competitor pricing and promotions

• Identify opportunities to maintain competitiveness in the market

4. Performance Reporting

• Provide performance insights and support Trade meetings

• Drive data-led decisions and action plans to optimize sales

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• A relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or E-commerce

• Strong analytical mindset, with confidence in working with data, numbers, and tools like Excel

• Ability to be both proactive and detail-oriented, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and contribute to commercial decisions
