Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement cost control measures and enhance profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen or fine dining establishment.
- Proven expertise in various cooking methods, techniques, and cuisines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to create and manage budgets, food costs, and inventory controls.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.
