Country Director - B2B Software Solution
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Country Director.
Responsibilities:
. Formulate a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the overall objectives of the company, tailored to local market conditions, customer needs and competitive landscape.
. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and channels to expand market presence and increase revenue.
. Oversee the country's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
. Drive the country's sales performance by setting sales targets, strategies, and implementing best practices to achieve them.
. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
. Ensure operational processes are optimized for efficiency and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
. Lead and motivate the local team, ensuring high performance, employee satisfaction and professional development.
. Ensure all operations comply with local laws and regulations, including labour laws, tax requirements, and industry-specific regulations.
