We are hiring an experienced Call Center Supervisor to oversee daily customer service operations. The role involves managing a team of agents, ensuring high-quality customer support, and maintaining service standards related to flight bookings, inquiries, and passenger assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support call center agents in daily operations
- Monitor call quality, performance, and customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions
- Ensure accurate handling of flight bookings, cancellations, and inquiries
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Prepare performance reports and ensure KPI targets are met
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams
