Sales Consultant

Job Title: Membership Consultant (Sales)

Location: Dubai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Membership Consultant to join our gym team. The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, and passionate about fitness, with strong sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell gym memberships to walk-in and prospective clients
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for membership inquiries and follow-ups
• Conduct gym tours and explain membership packages clearly
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain proper follow-up with leads and existing members
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
• Support front desk operations when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales (gym/fitness industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident personality with presentable appearance
• Ability to work on targets
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Must be based in Dubai
