Job Summary Reporting To Sales Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales Specialist to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling transaction clearance and governmentrelated services achieving sales targets generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships The role requires delivering tailored solutions and ensuring an excellent customer experience Reporting to the Sales Manager the candidate is expected to meet and exceed assigned sales KPIs and revenue targets Key Responsibilities Achieve daily monthly and quarterly sales targets Generate new leads through cold calling field visits and broker partner collaboration Present company services including fees processes and requirements Prepare and deliver professional presentations to potential clients Identify client needs and provide suitable customized solutions Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients and partners Conduct client visits to strengthen business opportunities Ensure timely followup on all inquiries Comply with company policies and procedures Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor Skills Requirements Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Business Administration Marketing or related field 2 3 years of sales experience preferably in transaction clearance government services or PRO services UAE residency required Valid UAE driving license is required
