General Accountant

Key Responsibilities Assist in daytoday accounting operations including data entry ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations Process invoices expense reports and payment vouchers Maintain accounts payable and receivable records Support monthend and yearend closing activities Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation Maintain proper filing of financial documents Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Perform other financerelated tasks as assigned by the supervisor Process employee s payroll VAT filing Skills Familiarity with accounting software e g QuickBooks Tally or ERP systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferably Tagalog speaker
