Oversee daily property operations ensuring timely rent collection property maintenance and tenant communications Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance staff ensuring tasks is completed efficiently Ensure all properties comply with real estate laws and regulations Resolve tenant complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs and upgrades as needed Manage lease agreements renewals and movein moveout processes Negotiate and finalize lease terms ensuring they are in line with company policies and legal requirements Supervise a team of maintenance personnel leasing agents and administrative staff Provide training guidance and performance evaluations for team members Foster a positive and efficient work environment Ensure compliance with local state and federal laws regarding property management fair housing regulations and tenant rights Handle legal issues related to tenant evictions lease violations and other propertyrelated disputes in collaboration with legal counsel when needed
