Site Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction activities on-site and ensure projects are completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and construction activities
• Interpret and implement technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Prepare site reports and update project documentation
• Manage materials, manpower, and equipment usage on site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• UAE experience is an advantage
