They are on the lookout for a commercially astute Sales & Account Manager to nurture key client relationships, drive new business, and lead product launches within the DWM and DF space across the UAE market. Key Responsibilities -Report to the Country Manager; execute sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and performance objectives in line with the Management Plan. -Identify high-potential opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector to maximise market share, revenue, and profitability. -Drive growth across the Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and/or Drilling Fluids (DF) portfolio with existing and prospective clients. -Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closure. -Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention and repeat business. -Act as the primary point of contact; resolve enquiries , contractual matters, and provide commercial support. -Propose and deliver tailored DWM and DF technical and operational solutions , proposals, and presentations aligned to client requirements and Oil & Gas stakeholder expectations. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and product launches across the UAE. -Monitor sales targets ; provide accurate forecasts and monthly performance updates to the Country Manager. -Identify and convert new clients to expand market presence across the UAE. Submit accurate monthly sales reports to senior management. -Comply with all Quality, Health, Safety & Environment(QHSE) policies , safety regulations, and local authority standards. -Champion QHSE culture through training, leadership, and participation in audits. Required Experience & Skills - 8+ years in technical sales within UAE Oil & Gas Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and/or Drilling Fluids (DF), experience is mandatory. - Proven UAE account management track record with operators, drilling contractors, and service companies. - Strong commercial skills negotiation, contract management, forecasting, and CRM proficiency. - Capable of solution design and delivering technical proposals and presentations. - Degree or Diploma in engineering, petroleum science, or related field. - Must be UAE-based with valid residency and right to work.
