Manufacturing Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the Food Sector manufacturing strategy on an international basis, delivering against all KPI's whilst developing a growing team.
• Champion the development of Group Operational plans.
• Focus the department upon efficiency increases through manufacturing and manpower budgeting.
• Deliver the current capital expenditure programmes and identify further opportunities for step change improvements.
• Enable the empowerment of first line staff through KPI management.
• Lead and champion a Quality culture within the Company.
• Evaluate performance and react accordingly.
• Approve new product concepts and review their development cycle.
• Create a culture of best practice and motivation through exceptional people management.

Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Desirable
• Certified Master Black Belt Desirable
• MBA or Masters in Engineering Desirable
• Fluent English, Arabic Desirable
• An executive from FMCG Food with 8 years senior Manufacturing experience Management / Director / VP within the GCC
