HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with a strong background in the Facility Management industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance within the facility management sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for facility management roles (blue-collar & white-collar)
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and internal databases
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage onboarding and documentation of new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and HR support activities
• Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
• Manage visa processing, renewals, and HR administrative tasks (preferred)
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience as an HR Executive in the Facility Management industry (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment
• Ability to handle multiple roles and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
