This is a fulltime role for a specialist intellectual property associate at Ownership located onsite in Abu Dhabi Global Markets ADGM in the UAE The candidate can expect to be involved in all aspects of intellectual property work undertaken by the firm and be independently responsible for trade mark clearance searches and trade mark design and copyright prosecution The candidate will be led by a Principal for other work including trade mark cancellation actions and oppositions intellectual property portfolio management commercialisation enforcement and anticounterfeiting Ownership is a young regional specialist intellectual property firm which provides legal services to a wide range of clients from Fortune companies to startups Ownership handles intellectual property matters across the Middle East and other jurisdictions in Asia including in China Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Singapore and Malaysia
