Key Responsibilities Manage control and distribute project documents in accordance with CHEC s procedures and standards Maintain accurate document registers revision logs and transmittal records Liaise with the Chinese head office on documentation requirements translating where necessary Coordinate with engineering procurement and construction teams for timely submissions and approvals Archive and safeguard project records in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements Skills Key Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Information Management Engineering or a relevant field 3 to 5 years of experience in document control preferably in construction or engineering Fluent in Chinese Mandarin speak read write Proficiency in document management systems e g Aconex SharePoint or similar Strong command of English and high attention to detail
