Maintenance Coordinator

Maintenance Coordinator (Equipment / Yard) Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for heavy equipment, vehicles, lifting equipment, and yard assets supporting logistics and operational activities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily maintenance activities and workshop operations. Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Track equipment availability and minimize downtime. Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, vendors, and contractors. Maintain maintenance records, work orders, service reports, and equipment history. Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements. Arrange inspections, certifications, and testing of lifting equipment. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, PTW, and LOTO procedures. Prepare maintenance reports and KPI updates. Support fleet and heavy equipment maintenance operations. Equipment Experience Required Cranes (Mobile / Crawler) Forklifts Telehandlers Excavators Wheel Loaders Dozers Dump Trucks Heavy Vehicles Generators Lifting Equipment & Accessories Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance coordination. Experience in fleet maintenance, workshop operations, or yard equipment maintenance. Strong knowledge of preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance. Experience with spare parts planning and inventory control. Good knowledge of OEM maintenance procedures. Experience with ERP, SAP, CMMS, or maintenance management systems. Oil & Gas, Construction, Marine, Offshore, Mining, or Heavy Equipment industry experience preferred. UAE experience preferred.
