The Opportunity

We are looking for a Structural Design Engineer (Concrete) to join our Structure Department in Dubai.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the structural design and analysis of reinforced concrete high‑rise buildings
• Prepare, review, and approve structural calculations, drawings, and design reports
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and site teams to ensure design integration
• Resolve complex technical design issues and provide engineering solutions
• Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ACI, ASCE, etc.)
• Support project delivery through technical coordination and design optimizationReview consultant and contractor submissions and provide technical feedback
• Contribute to value engineering and design improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Experience in structural design, with strong focus on high-rise concrete buildings
• Strong knowledge of American codes (ACI 318, ASCE 7)
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and Revit
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple design tasks
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
